the one color marker that never gets used,
the eyes I wish I had,
an hour glass running out of sand,
a silent girl in the corner,
rain dripping,
suede seats in a 1987 car,
the cold touch of your grandmother’s hand,
what is to come in the future.

Grey makes you think about things like you
never thought about them before.
